About Me
My approach is grounded in Applied Behavioral Psychology, with advanced training in human behavior, personal development, and trauma-informed practices. I take an integrative and individualized approach, drawing from evidence-informed perspectives to understand each person, couple, or group as a whole and to address their unique goals, experiences, challenges, and strengths.
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences. My work incorporates principles of behavioral psychology, mindfulness, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, self-reflection, and trauma-informed care to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, work through limiting patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Rather than focusing on labels or limitations, I focus on the individual as a whole person and the possibilities for growth and transformation. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are, offering a supportive and collaborative environment where you can gain clarity, build confidence, develop practical skills, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.
Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, difficult experiences, identity and self-discovery, or simply seeking greater personal growth, my goal is to provide thoughtful guidance, meaningful insight, and practical tools that support lasting change. I believe transformation is an ongoing process of developing self-awareness, understanding our patterns, and creating intentional choices that align with the life we want to build.
